The event organised on the occasion of the European Cooperation Day will take part in the village Čakor near Murino in the family owned katun “Vujov katun”. After light hiking on the Čakor ridge on the hiking trails with panoramic views and the visit of “Vujov katun” a presentation of the EU funded projects that are implemented in the cross-border area will be organised for representatives of EU Member State embassies in Montenegro. The aim of the event is to promote the results of the IPA CBC Programme Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo.
The global objective of the IPA CBC Programme Montenegro-Albania is to promote/strengthen good neighbourly relations and socioeconomic development of the border regions, through valorising its touristic potentials, an environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage.
